Bao is based in London and Hong Kong, where he advises clients on a range of strategic and corporate matters, especially at the Board level of A share (Mainland China) companies. He was at JPMorgan, KKR and X Y ADVISORS & CO.’s Hong Kong offices for 15 years, advising a range of corporate clients on M&A and capital raising, as well as looking at Greater China PE investments.

Bao was born in Beijing, China and received MEng (dist.) Engineering degree from Cambridge University in 2004 and a GPA5.0/5.0 from MIT (exchange).

Jason (Yew-Ming) is based in London and Hong Kong, where he advises clients on strategic and corporate finance matters, in particular those with a cross border or European perspective. Prior to establishing X Y ADVISORS & CO. in 2012 with Bao, he was Vice President at JPMorgan and JPMorgan Cazenove’s London offices, focusing exclusively on UK and European M&A and capital raising for banks, specialist financial institutions and asset managers.

Jason was born in UK and received a 1st class MA and MEng (dist.) Engineering degree from Cambridge University in 2004.

Yanyan advises clients on a wide range of strategic projects and day-to-day project execution. Yanyan’s previous experiences include investment banking positions at Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and most recently as Executive Director at UBS, focusing on corporate finance and capital raising in particular covering China and Hong Kong Financial Institutions.

Yanyan was born in Shenzhen, China and received an MA and MEng Aerospace Engineering degree from Cambridge University in 2005.

Emma (Qingyang) is based in London, where she provides consulting services to clients on real estate investment matters. Emma worked in Barclays Investment Bank for 8 years in London and Tokyo and is also a chartered management accountant. Since 2013 Emma has been active in the property industry, both as an investor and an agent, having overseen the purchase/sale/refurbishment/lettings of hundreds of units.

Emma was born in Shenyang, China and received an MA and MEng Manufacturing Engineering degree from Cambridge University in 2007.
